Phoenix House, a nationally recognized behavioral healthcare leader of both Substance Dependence and Mental Health has a full time position for a certified, licensed counselor to work in our dynamic and fast-paced men''s program in conjunction with our seasoned, professional team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing sound therapeutic treatment both individually and within group settings and in formulating case management services; oversee Electronic Health Record management for each client (having proficient data entry and computer skills as well as demonstrate time management and organizational abilities) including but not limited to quality assurance and have the ability to comply with CARF and state licensing requirements; perform screening, intake, orientation and assessment functions; develop treatment plans with measurable, coherent goals; respond to client crises, participation in supervision and weekly staff meetings; project a professional manner within the residence and externally to the community; have current licensure and credentialing. Hours include first and second shifts and weekends based on programmatic needs.
Licensure: LCDP required, BS/BA required, MA/MS preferred
